KCB River Road only one (1) teller serving people?????? About 6 more people are on the queue before me. Most of the banking hall seats are occupied by customers waiting to be served.

@SokoAnalyst Parking fees is really working against them. Yesterday, we were in the mall for 5 hours, the parking ticket approx. 700shs each car.
We were 10 people, all agreed no more meet ups at Garden City, the Parking fees is too expensive.

@StanbicKE Kimathi Street, extremely poor customer service! A record 33 mins to deposit a single cheque. Only one teller serving more than 13 raia, because in this bank their's a queue for dynasty. I ask the teller, the why? Answer; most ECDE response, one of them is sick.
