@lalovestrump Glendale is a hidden treasure.. you realize once you move there...

[ConnectingDots @Patrick84121851]

@lalovestrump Glendale #1, even though city council is pushing Sacramento's progressive policies with puppets in council. All around best balanced and safest city #StopBikeLanes

@shawngorham love them... but I don't see this as a business you can replicate and scale if that is what your asking. Hard finding employees who want to be in possible confrontations all day

@shawngorham @revilowright lol 180k to 250k lol... how much would the house value have to be lol... once they call a few people from google or yelp they'll realize it can be done for 10-15k from el monte, most of those cabinet places will even have ready to go install pricing or names of installers

@SMB_Attorney if you put it in only one like chatgpt, it might be risky but if you also put it into claude and grok and maybe a legal niche GPT, odds look a lot better

[ConnectingDots @Patrick84121851]

@libsoftiktok great that they are going after the fraud but no one is talking about helping the honest SBA borrowers, no hardship programs or anything to help!

[ConnectingDots @Patrick84121851]

@hxxntrr What are your thoughts on people dealing with the SBA COVID EIDL loans that can't get a hold of the SBA for any hardship programs or Offers in compromise.... lots of chatter on reddit about it
