I am (apparently) grounded, thoughtful, spiritually connected, and divinely guided. I am also incredibly anxious, trash at deep-breathing, guarded, in an intense state of flux, and need to eat more root vegetables.

I find it funny when ppl are like, “come out man, it’s gonna be fun and good for you” and then I go out and just stand there… sad… and outside lmao.

I’ve written multiple notebooks full of poetry, journals and other scraps, after my brother died. Maybe a produced piece of art will come from some of them, but it doesn’t matter. I just needed to do it.

That’s the point of writing, and I used to forget that all the time.

A new relationship with my ghosts has been the hardest kind of love to build. One day I hope it can be one of the strongest kinds too.
