My brother @MuwangaMKivumbi . While you were away in Kitalya Prison for 5 months, a new order was proclaimed in Uganda. Criticising members of Museveni family means you don't like the country and it is therefore a criminal offence. Muzungu colonial law was replaced with traditional/mob justice. In the new order even when you are intercepted by police, it first hands you over to the military to undergo Bachwezi prison initiation ceremony in the basment. Power to arrest is no longer with Police. Rules in the new order are being issued right and left. Judges first consult Mzee before delivering rulings and judgements. I am also in a neighbouring country trying to learn them. I will through our lawyer Medard Sseggona send you a list of what I have recorded so far.

In February 2016, when Kylian Mbappe hadn’t yet signed professional terms with Monaco, I broke Liverpool’s interest in him. At that point, they had 16 months of recon on the forward. Even then, I was told it would be “practically impossible” to pull off because “he will become the best player in the world.” PSG and Real Madrid were offering financial terms that just couldn’t be matched. Liverpool wanted to at least try.

This meeting that Klopp speaks about was in 2017 and it was Mbappe’s mum that was so keen for it to happen. Kylian revealed in 2022: “I talked to Liverpool because it’s the favourite club of my mum – my mum loves Liverpool. I don’t know why, you will have to ask her.”
