@MelSlattz@Kelloggleaders@AgchatNZ1 Hi Mel, this particular copy is in the Lincoln University library. I suspect that if you Google the title of the journal it may take you to the address and maybe even free access to a digital version. If not, let me know and I will do some sleuthing when I’m next in the library.
@Kelloggleaders @AgchatNZ1 Some good content in this Aust. Jnl of relevance to NZ. Confirms my suspicions that we are not alone when it comes to food and fibre careers and related concerns and opportunities.
The Prince and Princess of Wales visited our contingent in the UK, ahead of the upcoming state funeral for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
After they talked to personnel at Army Training Centre Pirbright, our contingent performed a haka for the Prince and Princess.

#nuffield#Kellogg Just great to see Hamish and Bluff Station on Country Calendar tonight. 14,000 ha of high country not a bad slice of NZ to play with…
The two main plastic collection programmes in New Zealand’s primary sector have agreed to work together to improve the services they provide farmers and growers. @Rural_News

@tepunamike@LincolnUniNZ It was a very Informative session with the students Mike, with a few curly questions from them. I think there were a few who were quite surprised that so many senior food and fibre roles could be embodied in one person. Great to see you in action again. @Kelloggleaders
@PaulBMcGill Thanks for putting this up Paul. It’s great to see a good story about the East Coast (maybe Nth Hawke’s Bay) hill country. Would be interesting to see how long some of the waterway/ riparian fencing lasts, in terms of being stock proof / goat proof, on this country.
@juliajones110@MeatTheNeed What a powerful team. I’m in Whanganui with Kelloggers (K47) phase one. Critical thinking day… Habe a great weekend. Patrick
@DamienOConnorMP Great to see these initiatives happening around the country. A lot of good work happening in catchment groups too. Is anyone analysing the collective effects of these activities in an organised way? Well done to all concerned.
@AgchatNZ1 @DairyNZ @Kelloggleaders Interesting to see this emphasis on grass fed, one even said “grassfed milk”. All in a New York City Wholefoods store in lower Manhattan.
@AgchatNZ1 @@Kelloggleaders Sadly EO Wilson died yesterday. Arguably one of the world’s greatest biologists of our time. Em. Prof. at Harvard. Amazing thinker, writer and developer of the concept “biodiversity” and others.
@DamienOConnorMP@Kelloggleaders@AgchatNZ1 RIP John. A great supporter of the Kellogg programme. An alumnus of the first (1979) cohort. Sincere condolences to the family, two of whom (Nicola and Richard) are also Kelloggers.
