@Codie_Sanchez A massive congratulations to you both.
We have 2 little ones and had one miscarriage on the way. So horrible to go through and normalised on the medical side which made it even worse. Congratulations again
@LouiseDSadeleer This is amazing. Planning on trying to get into video creation and this is the exact type of thing that would really help as I wouldn't know where to start.
Podcasting is a one-way game.
You broadcast out and hear almost nothing back.
Downloads tell you someone pressed play.
They don’t tell you if the new format landed.
If the guest was a hit.
If everyone skipped the 12-minute ad read.
You might hear from the loudest 1% of listeners.
Everyone else stays silent.
Which means most podcast decisions are based on guesswork, not feedback.
This is awesome. I’ve used a similar platform before and even considered building one for a niche. One thing I noticed was missing info becomes a real limiter in application questions. Have you found that too?
If so, have you considered a DM-based flow via WhatsApp/SMS where the platform asks follow-up questions for missing application info, the user replies conversationally, the application gets submitted, and the data is stored for next time?
Feels like it could improve CV/cover letter customisation and lead to better outcomes, even if it adds a bit more interaction than click the “magic button” approach but is more of an extended onboarding that a permanent burden.
Made a thing: https://t.co/KwLGikaUd2, a tool for putting polls in podcast show notes.
Easier to show than explain, here's a live one: https://t.co/QXAAbReLEH
Podcasters get almost no signal on what their audience actually thinks of an episode. Built Pontus to fix that, polls you can drop straight into your show notes.
@sairahul1 Saved to watch later. Where there any specific bits that jumped out? What take aways have you implemented or plan to? I find so many inspiration or helpful things actually fall through the cracks so intrigued by what actually sticks
