@gavinmclelland@XboxSupport Yup, probably a few hundred thousand of us trying to figure out our packet loss issues because they can’t even sign in to update the status page.
@XboxSupport I have checked your status page, several times. It says all services are fine. I’ve even tried to report an outage and that functionality is also down. The least you could do is update the status page so we don’t waste time troubleshooting when it is clearly a server side issue.

@GoTo tier 2 support is so bad. Phones have been offline for 24 hour and there is "nothing we can do" to expedite with the carrier. No updates to open ticket unless I spend 30 minutes on hold. Its quicker to migrate VOIP providers than fix a routing issue?
