@Aliafonzy43 We also had a good architecture and we had a good way to repair issues and not everyone was impacted (CQRS, Event Sourcing) in the end this is my favourite war story. I had to bring flowers to growers. I tell it a lot to fellow engineers to learn from my mistake as well.
@Aliafonzy43 I’ve worked at the largest flower auction of the Netherlands / world(?) I pushed a change to production just before Valentine’s Day. Could’ve and should’ve noticed the bug but didn’t. Growers of roses especially were impacted. Luckily we had a great learning culture. 1/2
