@movementcoachkm Ahhhh stop!!! Bad enough with referees as it is trying to incorporate new rules. As far as I can see after playing 3 division league games, every referee has a different approach to the new rules, it’s a farce and won’t get better. But certain referees are unapproachable anyway

@CahairOKane1 @SmallerFishGAA The keeper has to give him an option, just stands there with hands on hips if the keeper runs to his left corner he’s creating enough space to get a quick free and give a one two pass back to him then they have an overlap, that’s the 30 seconds..

@TomasORuanaidh @CahairOKane1 The keeper does nothing to help him out or create space, he should have at least ran to the corner give a simple one two pass that’s the 30seconds needed. Again hindsight’s a great thing.

@movementcoachkm Suffered with OP inflammation in my playing days, it is that severe that it’s impossible to play, but got an injection on SSC Santry and it allowed me to play pain free for 6 months and after that kept getting top ups.
