Attempted to use an @AskAmex GC via PayPal to use @AskPayPal split-billing. The GC is activated, but is being declined and won't work on Paypal at all.

Amex GC Cust Svc solution was "use the card at a diff merchant" and that this has been an issue for >1 yr... Really?!
