In life you will often make more progress by removing the negative things than adding positive ones.
When you sit on a nail you can either remove the nail or pop pain killers every day.
Let that sink for a second.
You’re on TRT, good physique, tanned, and groom your beard with caricaturistic precision.
What even is your definition of looksmaxxing?
You clearly invest in your looks and you wouldn’t have had the female success if you were a pale, fat, un-groomed slob.
If you’re referring to the group of people who fixate on “hunter eyes”, obscure facial ratios, and obsess over male models - then I agree.
But the same hyper-fixating buffoons exist in bodybuilding and every other niche as well. Some people just lack balance and lack nuance. Bodybuilding-obsessed autists don’t undermine the value of resistance training.
Looksmaxxing by its very name should just mean “maxxing” your “looks”, within reason.
And it should expose the true motivations that people have for doing certain things. Doing heavy weight training on test and getting overpriced haircuts are for looks - not for some holistic health or self-care reasons. And that’s okay, but there’s no point hiding it.
Most men shy away when things get tough or uncomfortable.
But real growth comes from facing challenges and hardships.
Iron sharpens iron, diamonds are made under pressure.
