@stan_okl I've been staring at this graph for about 20 minutes now, trying to see if I can intuit any pattern linking states to the voting errors.. and I'm coming up blank. How would NJ and NY find themselves on the opposite tails of this or any distribution?
Given the effective (as opposed to theoretical) capacity of the U.S. government, every plan I have seen for re-opening successfully has the feel of this classic cartoon, but with less math on either side.

don’t want to give air to this nonsense, but it fundamentally misunderstands the nature of academia: students from anywhere doing a graduate degree in the US strengthen *American* knowledge of that subject via their collaborative research.
Apparently, the CCP now uses Twitter to disseminate propaganda. Pretty fascinating, considering the fact that Twitter is banned in China. I wonder what the endgame is?

China exports up 9.9% for all of 2018, but down 4.4% YoY in Dec. China imports up 15.8% for all 2018, but down 7.6% YoY in Dec. Prob shows exports were pre-shipped before tariffs hit, now dropping, & that domestic demand in China is now decelerating rapidly. Ominous omens.
@AdamOlsonMN On the R side, I'd made sure whatever the process is finishes before the next cycle begins. If they do not you can crash your computer with too many active processes. (Been there, done that)
