To the government, this doesn't apply to the doctors alone but to all other cadres' training. Do a needs assessment and forecast your training based on what the market can absorb.

Meanwhile, nothing seems to be working; the health sector is in crisis, the same as the education sector, where money hasn't hit school accounts. There are two months to the close of the financial year, counties are owed nearly half of their shareable revenue, and Waziri Roads just said he has 700 billion in pending bills. Road accidents happen daily and everywhere. Where are the taxes going?
