Open source is gonna be so lit in like a year when all the cool closed source stuff is remade and the nerds finish their projects theyโve been heads down on building quietly are done

@stillreal2us I think itโs later given he buys a nimbus 2000 in the first book, and the Malfoy gets the nimbus 2001 in the second book. So seems like 2000-2007
Iโve used @Lemonade_Inc for renters insurance since 2017
Last year I switched to in for two cars as well and was quoted $379/m
I started the policy in Feb
Here is what Iโve been charged:
Feb - $384
March - $379
April - $427
May/june/july - $433
August - $539
Sept/oct/nov/dec - $534
December again a few days later $114
January - $692
Feb - $791
March - $786
April - $786
May - $887
According to their customer service the price increased because location services were not enabled on my phone for the app, however they were enabled the entire time.
So they have overcharged me by thousands because their app doesnโt work right.
I tried to speak to customer service about this but they refuse to acknowledge this.
So if you need insurance most definitely donโt use Lemonade.
How do you feel about the billions of bees that are killed producing almond milk? Or the billions moles, insects, and and other small mammals that are ground up in tillers in the name of plant agriculture. Or that clearing acres for monocrop plant agriculture that kills the top soil, and displaces all of the animals that lived there, killing many, and then attracting many to the new food source that was created and hunting, trapping, and poisoning all the animals that then want to eat it? How do you feel that the least death per calorie is from eating large ruminants and that plant agriculture causes more death per calorie (of course some argue deaths of insects donโt matter and shouldnโt count towards this metric cause including that number in the many of billions really skews it)? What about the fact that 2/3 of the earths agricultural land is unsuitable for plant agriculture but can be used to raise livestock? What about the fact that putting cows on land restores it when managed well with regenerative practices and sequesters carbon back into the soil? The problem is not the cow, itโs the how. Cows are raised eating grass and bought by factory farms. Factory farms are unnecessary and getting rid of them would not reduce the number of cows. And the vast majority of plants livestock eat are what we consider waste products. And thatโs before we even talk about nutrition and all of essential nutrients missing from a plant based diet such as the most basic things like complete proteins containing all EAAs. That said death is inevitable. There is blood on all of our hands. The best thing we can do is buy from local farmers who use regenerative agriculture practices and accept our responsibility as stewards of the land. We should be pushing back against industrial feed lots just as much as industrial monocrop plant agriculture.
