@DarioinDenver Can only speak for myself, but the dominant Avs of the 90s-early 00s was at the right time for when many millennial kids (arbitrarily) picked their favourite team. Now grown up in 2022, they get to feel ownership with this win, especially after the ups/downs of the last decade.

@DarioinDenver I'm usually impressed by his zone entries, but on the flip-side I find that he often just doesn't have the handles for that final move, whether it's in keeping the puck or generating a shot.

The difference in minutes that stars get has always been a big part of how luck is more pronounced in the NHL than the NBA. As long as they aren't getting gassed, this feels like another inefficiency or vestige of old traditions in hockey.
