Patient had weird oral ulcers and wounds besides the meningitic symptoms of stiff neck,headache etc Kerning and Brudzinski both positive.Had done almost one week of high dose Ceftriaxone but wasn’t improving. This was consultant’s rationale for starting Acyclovir thinking it could be viral.CT scan was also normal,LP too didn’t help much in trying to establish the cause whether viral or bacterial. I totally understood why he thought along that line before the Lifumba idea came into the picture.

Why is it almost impossible for you guys to approve VAT obligation addictions? Why punish genuine businesses wanting to comply. My applications have been pending for almost a month without even a response despite my numerous follow ups.
