I started with that and moved to just playing Japanese music, or nature sounds and humming to help relax

I’d love to get to a point like where @DanGoldfield is at with mindfulness

He would probably have better advice than me

The correct term used is mental masterbation, where you are getting this pleasure and ideology of success through watching successful content yet not actually putting in the work to be successful

But in an age where there is an abundance of information

Many get caught in the fake progress loop
