So hey, it’s been a year since I was in the hospital diagnosed with acute systolic congestive heart failure. Some of you have been wondering how I’m doing and wtf happened, so here’s a thread~~~

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Sarah sent me this very good update from home.

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Good news! Got stabbed in the neck!

They poked around my heart a bit. Switched up some meds. Got some good sleep, the best in weeks!

Short-term is feeling good, just need to be able to keep this up outside of the hospital.

Bonus pic of my dumb face.
You’re welcome!

Was admitted to Penn Medical yesterday. Still haven’t quite figured out what’s going on. Nice view tho.

Update: Having a Right Heart Catherterzation done later today. Basically shoving a probe down my neck and in to my heart so they can poke around and see what’s up. Fun!

Current hospital status:

@ECFNJ Thanks bud!

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

@plasticfarm It sucks a bunch, but should be fixable. Fingers crossed. Thanks man!

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Okay playlist. I forgive you. We’re cool now.

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Not cool, playlist. Not cool!😑

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Welp, the cardioversion procedure was unsuccessful. Now on to plan B I guess? (Plan B is pretty much just throwing meds at the problem and hope something works🤷🏻‍♂️)

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Today is the day. #Cardioversion

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

@dale_a Thanks man! 🖤

So the past 2 weeks my heart’s been going haywire. My resting heart rate, normally around 70bpm, has slowly crept up over 100. Nothing brings it down, meds aren’t helping. Sleep for more than 2hrs at a time is impossible. It’s been rough.

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

@LordRetail I have not! Will def check out! 👍

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Been rewatching Evangelion while I’ve been out of commission. Also, holy shit, why am I doing this to myself?! WTF is wrong with me?!😵

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

@LordRetail Yeah I don’t think I ever finished it first time around. Honestly it’s fine, I just picked a very bad week to revisit with my heart going haywire. Probably better off finishing it in a week or so after we get the tachycardia under control 🙃

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Honestly don’t remember it being this rough. Maybe I never finished it the 1st time I watched? I wonder why?

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

Only 2 eps to go, not sure if I’ll make it. Needs way more Pen Pen and maybe a bit less crying, screaming, severely traumatized 14 yo children.

[Titus @PatrickTitus]

@LordRetail Wait. Is the original 26(?) episode series on Netflix different from the original original series?
