@raduugp@InspiringPhilos So obviously you need to belive in Muhamed peace be upon him in order to be Muslim.
You can't even comprehend 2+2 level logic kido.
@raduugp@InspiringPhilos You are conflating belief in Islam with Islam itself. Islam existed before the Prophet Muhamed peace be upon him. Islam is not an object which you can see, smell or touch. Rather, it's a set of theological commitments that one must uphold.
@InspiringPhilos Ehrman thinks that Jesus was crucified. Which conforms with the Quranic account as the Quran says that Jesus apeared to die. Thus, historians like Ehrman, who, with regard to Jesus, operate entirely on indirect eidance, conclude that Jesus was crucified.

@InspiringPhilos Is actually possible to be this stupid lol๐ญ??? I don't understand how you can't realize that there is absolutly ZERO correlation between that hadith and not loving dogs. The only thing that the hadith is saying is that you should not keep them on your home. That's literally it!
@invitingtheolog I haven't read them but from what i heard the argument is that Jesus likley saw his actions as extrimely dangerous and expected it would eventually lead to his death.
@invitingtheolog I heard that scholars like Dale Alison and James D. Dunn actually belive that Jesus did expect his death and his vindication, as in God raising him from the dead. Can you respond to their arguments?
@reasoned_islam@InspiringPhilos To my knowladge there majority of scholars agree with Alison but consesus doesn't mean true. Do you know any critique of his arguments?
