@MartaOgorek Very sad :( last month my candidate (70 years old!) got an offer. He is a great senior specialist. Hopefully, situations like the one of my candidate's will be more common.

@GabrielleArcand When a manager surprises you after 2 months with an offer for your candidate- the topic died after one interview, the candidate has been on his notice period, looking for a new opportunity, but he liked this project- you call him, he's still free and can start quickly🤔😯
