I see lot of digital health companies at the seed to Series A stage with 3/4 different GTM strategies running simultaneously: D2C, employer, payer, etc.
After talking with investor friends in digital health, the consensus seems to be that picking a lane is better.
I see dozens of medium design process articles every day and the majority seem to describe this utopian world where every project is brand new and you’re not juggling 7 years of design debt and break-neck velocity feature work across 11 teams 😂
I’m elated front line health workers will get rewarded and be given a chance to watch a hockey game tonight.
I’m also horrified that the Ontario provincial government cannot think for themselves.
