For a brand that prides itself on quality, this is a very disappointing approach to customer service. Premium prices should come with premium support, not hidden warranty exclusions and all the risk placed on the customer.

The biggest issue? At no point during purchase was I informed that buying tax-free would void the warranty.This is a significant exclusion that should be transparently communicated to customers before purchase—not only after a product fails.

Very disappointed with @yonex_badminton bought a Nanoflare 800 Pro in Japan just one month ago. It cracked during normal play without any clash. Instead of standing behind a premium product, Yonex refused warranty support because it was purchased tax-free.

@EvriAssistteam8 Just had a call from this number pretending to assisting me and offered me £120 compensation. He asked me to verify a code from WorldRemit. When I asked him to confirm the address the parcels are supposed to be delivered, he could not.

Please avoid @EvriDeliveryCom @Evridelivery3 @evridelivery for your delivery service provider. We have lost two parcels from Evri and it only creates grief and disappointment. And deters people from buying from you as parcels gets lost!

@EvriDeliveryCom absolutely disgraceful and appalling to have received such a photo as proof of my parcel being delivered. To top it off, after raising it with customer service on Wednesday, an assistant responded to my email asking me if I found my parcel 🤣worst company ever!

I had a phone conversation today with a very nice young chap from Pakistan. This is how it went:
"Hello, how are you today?"
"I'm very well thank you for asking, how are you and more to the point, WHO are you?"
"Madam, my name is Sanjit, and I'm calling you from Microsoft.”
"Microsoft, is that a city in Pakistan?”
" No Madam, MICROSOFT, the computer company. I'm calling to tell you that we have found a problem with your computer.”
"REALLY, that's quite concerning.”
"Yes Madam, it can become very serious indeed but thankfully I will be able to fix it for you.”
"No, I meant it's very concerning because I don't HAVE a computer.”
“You don't?"
“No.”
"Ahh, it must be a problem on your laptop Madam.”
"Don't have one.”
"Ipad?"
"Nope.”
"Tablet?"
"I have none of those things. As a matter of fact, I don't even have a telephone.”
After a few seconds of silence he said "Madam, you are lying to me now!"
I said "Well, you started it!!" and put the phone down.

Υποφέρουμε από παραίτηση και εθνική κατάθλιψη.
Και οι αποχαυνωμένοι Ελληνες άρπαξαν σταυρούς, λάβαρα και εικόνες και βγήκαν "αρματωμένοι" στους δρόμους για τα τσιπάκια στις νέες ταυτότητες που έτσι κι αλλι��ς τα κουβαλάνε ήδη στα πορτοφόλια τους με τις τραπεζικές κάρτες.
Αξίζουμε τα χειρότερα.
