@RifqyDG@Barkeye52@PaulsForEffect@RealiaAmelia Not necessarily? You can criticize something without immediately knowing how to fix it. Like, I can tell when something I eat tastes bad, but that doesn't mean that I know how to make it better.
@No1IsSleeping@SleepyDratini@ur_momika@lunachainsaw For the sake of figuring out what you're vagueposting about, I went to go look at his page, and... I genuinely do not see anything pedophilic here. I don't even see anything that could be *construed* as pedophilic.
@phillippepayant@RealiaAmelia Please explain to me what I'm not understanding here. What does the map being obscured *by* the fog of war not have to do with the fog of war, exactly?
@phillippepayant@RealiaAmelia So now the goalpost has moved from "erm, that's not fog of war" to "erm, fog of war obscuring the map has nothing to do with fog of war"?
@oligarch452@phillippepayant@RealiaAmelia I actually do have an issue with FPS games where the theme involves, say, American soldiers as the protagonists killing South American dictators or whatever the new COD is about
know your metal terminology:
NSBM = Nirvanna Show Band Movie
DSBM = Dave's Sexual Band, Matthews
NWOBHM = No, We Only Bought Hot Meals
TDM = Tha Dan Man (there is a "Dan" in every city's metal scene and he is always "The Man". pretty universal phrase)
@phillippepayant@RealiaAmelia Even if you're going for a cultural victory or a religious victory or something of that sort, you still need to send settlers into this unexplored land to create cities in it. On top of that, there will come many times where you have to wipe out people already living there -
@Bleh1095@juegosnoguey@milanocookie34 It's pretty self-evident that gaming is at the forefront of the culture wars, especially with stuff like Gamergate having helped push the alt-right into the mainstream.
@phillippepayant@RealiaAmelia I'm pretty sure it is. You can go Google what people call the "fog of war" in Civilization. They generally include unexplored areas of the map as part of it.
