When making big decisions, carefully consider pros and cons. Don’t make decisions based on Emotions because emotions come and go- and can be intense. Emotions are not sustainable and they’re temporary- they are in your head and exaggerated or distorted. Be wise.

I’ve noticed that most, if not all of our Olympians, show compassion, empathy and good sportsmanship at another level!! And that contributes to and creates their own success! I tell my family that what you say and do to others bounces off them and comes back to self. Be KIND.

Any sports team can beat any other sports team on some days. A lot of factors as well as luck goes into each game! Don’t be angry, ugly and hateful if your team loses- go the opposite - encourage, speak positively, support. YOU aren’t playing.

“What do women know about running routes?”I know what routes are and to mix them up, but I think that”prevent defense”doesn’t win many games! Let the defense go all out and do what they practice and love to do-rushing, blitzing-go for it! I LOVE LOVE the Panthers and Cam Newton💙
