We recently signed up for DishNetWork, the Tech comes in, sets it up and all is well. Then there's a storm. From long to short we have the service for a week...storm happens and for week plus NO SERVICE!!! SO... called to report, told we'll have service 7-3.
Problem is THERE ARE NO TECHS TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
A HUGE MAJOR COMPANY CAN NOT... DO NOT HAVE THE PEOPLE TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS.
Damn sure had a Rep come to our door and convince DISH would be wonderful blahblahblahblah
Now here we are
NO SERVICE!!!
