@ICONOCLASTIAE@itskikidanger It’s.. literally not.. this is the verdict slip-
1.Not Guilty
2.Not Guilty By Lack of Criminal Responsibility
3.Guilty of Murder In the First Degree by Theory of Deliberate Premeditation or Extreme Atrocity or Cruelty
4.Guilty of Murder In the Second Degree
5.Manslaughter
I support Lindsay, Cora, Dawson and Callan. By supporting the kids’ mother means you support the kids, too. Did ya know that’s possible? It is.

I think 99% of the women “supporting” Lindsay Clancy mean that they want her in a longterm psych lockup like Andrea Yates. That’s what I want.
I do think she was in an episode of profound mental illness, not something malevolent like Casey Anthony.
I think only a handful of TikTok losers actually want the woman freed or think hubby did it. That tiny group is being misrepresented as much larger than it is.
I’m actually kinda sad/disappointed that Patrick and his parents didn’t come to sit in on Lindsay’s side during the deliberations. Fingers crossed for Monday bc they clearly all support her and it would speak volumes to the jury

I don’t fully understand why Reddington added manslaughter. I can’t imagine anyone agreeing on murder so I feel they’d go to not criminally responsible. But now with manslaughter on the table, that’s a risk for those on the fence imo #lindsayclancy
Updated info- jurors have these items in the jury room in bags. Some jurors wanted to remove them from the bags- that’s what the judge told them no to.
Nothing would’ve been more powerful, in my opinion, than to have been able to have a video montage played to the court, or even written statements, of women who have gone through verifiable episodes of PPD, PPA, PPOCD and PPP telling their stories #lindsayclancy
@Gee_McK Sadly, I agree. I think he’s done fairly well even excellent at times on cross but missed a few times. Closing should’ve been straightforward instead of all over the place.
Does the fact that the commonwealth completely switched their theory/tone from opening to closing have any weight at all? Either in the jury’s or judge’s eyes or even legally? #lindsayclancy
