Llevamos desde el 19 de agosto sin aire acondicionado en el RIU Santa Fe, Los Cabos. Somos turistas y estamos sufriendo las consecuencias del calor, mientras el hotel no nos da una respuesta clara ni una solución.

Ya pasó una noche completa y seguimos sin solución. Hay familias desesperadas, niños llorando y adultos sufriendo por el calor.

@RiuHoteles exigimos una SOLUCIÓN INMEDIATA.

No estamos dispuestos a pasar otra noche sin aire acondicionado. Pedimos ser reubicados en otro hotel con aire acondicionado, sin costo adicional, y que RIU se haga responsable de esta situación.

This was handled very poorly and could have been dangerous for someone with a serious allergy. Extremely disappointing customer service from #WestJet.

Very disappointed with our experience on #WestJet flight WS9 from Paris to Calgary on May 25, 2026. My boyfriend has a severe nut allergy and when we asked a male flight attendant if any of the meal options were nut-free, he rudely told us that ALL the food contained nuts.

Despite the mistake being entirely caused by your #westjet no complimentary meal or solution was offered he was expected to BUY food if he wanted to eat.
