@united I also had a horrific experience on a United flight in July. I have called numerous times and wrote a lengthy complaint on the customer service website. It's been well over 2 months and NOTHING. Absolutely unacceptable! I'm at a loss at this point!

@united Interesting, the plane was at the gate at 9:30 (original departure time.) So the addition of multiple passengers coming in on late connections has nothing to do with it?? I get delays, but not when the plane is at the gate. Oh well!

@united Just found out flight now flight is further delayed. Won't be leaving till midnight. No explanation! Should have flown Iceland Air. Thanks again United!

@united Flt# 138 EWR to KEF. We have been sitting on the plane w/ virtually no a/c. They keep saying maintenance is coming. Original departure 9:25. Waiting on passengers hence the delay. Why couldn't they let us stay in terminal where there was a/c. This is insufferable! Thx United! 😡
