i chose design and overall tech when i was 9 (27 now), even built a couple of floppish websites, but honestly pretty cool for a literal kid in the 2000s
at some point i let myself get pulled away and studied journalism (??) - still cool, but didn't feel right
then i went back to my roots, i guess, which made perfect sense
now, working with AI on top of years in design, i feel like that same 9yo girl crafting things about what i love, just at a completely different level now
life is fun
Also workflow is clicking, first round of testing with friends done, and learning what to give claude vs what has to come from me! (mostly the product decisions and fine tuning the experience i actually want to create) things are moving and it feels good🫶
realized today that creating a claude skill specifically for my app's voice and tone is so much better than attaching a brand voice PDF to context files. i need a really specific tone for the copy and been doing it the hard way this whole time apparently.
