If we ever sent each other messages, you may be able to access my profile from there by clicking on the picture. From my profile page, shake your phone to initiate their "Report a Problem" feature and send a message that my account has been erroneously suspended? Might help...

Also, we used a gift card, so now we have to wait for the refund to clear or pay out of pocket. Plus the additional $29 delivery fee we weren’t planning on spending. This is not the first time something like this has happened!
