I shipped a box full of personal and used clothes back home since I finished studying abroad and they charged me over 1,000€.. Of course I refused to pay this amount and got in contact with them.

1. They told me to prove it by sending them all the necessary paper work to show I was studying abroad and that it was excess luggage. I did so. However, they did not reply to any email at all and I found out on Friday that they had DESTROYED my box!😤
