Would you prefer a monorepo to run your applications where all your service app are in a place or different repository for different service apps?

I’ve stopped defaulting to Next.js for new projects.

These days, I prefer a monorepo powered by Vite + React and NestJS.

Vite provides a significantly faster development experience, with near-instant startup times and lightweight hot module replacement, while NestJS gives me a structured and scalable backend architecture.

For the kinds of applications I build, this combination offers better performance during development, cleaner separation between frontend and backend concerns, and more flexibility as projects grow.
