SW1A was the most searched postcode on for affordable over 55s housing to rent in 2021.

It comes as no surprise demand is high in this area. @myldn reported last year that the waiting list could be up to 10 years across London councils for their homes.

This despite @mk_citizen reporting last summer about rising premiums of owning such homes. More does need to be done about this as it makes them unaffordable.

We've run the stats and are now processing them. It is clearly apparent the lack of affordable homes. We can see trends down to postcode level where the demand is higher for both shared ownership and renting.
