@AmazonUK As an Apple fanboy I’ve always accepted Alexa is a way better virtual assistant however, the fact that you listen for follow up responses would be great if you didn’t duck my speakers so I can continue listening to my music or tv program. I’m leaving.

@Dyson well my Dyson V10 is now 6 years old and a crack has appeared where the handle joins, I thought other components/electrics would fail before the body which hasn’t been dropped or abused.

@Sonos why is software version 80.15.04 (iOS) released on Jan 13 not available to me despite being on latest system update? I’m still showing 80.14.09 which is also weird as your site says pre ious version is 80.14.07!

@ArgosHelpers The point is that my son won’t be getting his Xmas present because you took my money for an out of stock item so I was unable to order elsewhere or go out in person today because I don’t have the money.

@Argos_Online you take payment for an item you don’t have in stock. So you then cancel it without notifying me or automatically applying a refund. I have to call to find out and you issue a refund which takes up to 5 days so I can’t buy item elsewhere as you’ve stolen my money.

@ArgosHelpers There’s nothing to sort out apparently, because it’s the banks fault in the delay for me to get the refund, not yours for taking payment for out of stock items.

@theJeremyVine @Ocado So there are give way markings specifically for the cycle lane, there were no cyclists near him and you were a way back obscured by trees. He moves forward to the 2nd set of give way lines for the road and has to wait for a gap, just as you have to wait until he’s gone.

@santanderukhelp No I shouldn’t as when trying to register and it fails it tells me to ring you which I did and if you ring the Santander number, the first thing you will hear is a message saying you are aware of the problem. AMEX added no problem, Santander is the problem.
