@O2 I have a £2 e-gift card for Greggs that I received from 02 2 weeks ago. It says I have 2 weeks 2 days left to redeem it but I tried this morning and the code didn’t work. I had to pay full price and also missed out on my Greggs Rewards! Can you help please?

@O2 on 16/11 II tried to redeem my £1 hot drink at Greggs located at Applegreen services Glarryford Ballymena A26. I had activated my offer on the way in but when I went to pay the lady told me that the O2 offer hasn’t been working in the store for a while.

@O2 I just tried to redeem this in Greggs in Coleraine but they said all their technology is down today (app, credit card etc) and they can’t accept the O2 Priority offers as a result. There is no other Greggs outlet near me so it’s means I can’t use this, which is a shame.

@O2 regarding the free Greggs coffee, the last time I tried to redeem at my local Greggs I was told I would have to pay extra for a cinnamon swirl latte & this time I was told that they no longer do them. This is despite this coffee being advertised under free coffee on the app.

@O2 hi, there seemed to be a problem with the Priority app this morning. I tried to redeem my free coffee at Greggs but after I clicked on it to redeem waiting in the queue, it changed to another screen about tickets and when it finally came back to the original it had expired
