Shout out to @CanadaAir at @RDUAirport for coming to the rescue w/ baggage cart after @AmericanAir “misplaced” the twins’ stroller & we had to “figure out” how to get 5 adults & 2 babies to baggage claim with 14 carryon bags! We were told it was “our problem”.
