A boy who lost his legs after being abused by his parents could have a new law named after him, 'Tony’s Law.'

Tony's adoptive mother, Paula Hedgel hopes the law will extend the maximum sentence for child cruelty to life.

This video is 2 years ago. My granddaughter's first steps BUT also shows how awful 🐻 legs were. The decision was right to amputate but this should never have been allowed to happen to a 41 day old baby at the hands of his birth parents. #TonysLaw so important for future children
