@SameDayCoventry @CMPG @M6tollRoad The Courts determine the sentence and they are constrained by the Sentencing Guidelines, that in turn are determined by legislation. Until the laws are changed, these inconsiderate idiots will continue to plague our roads. I'm sure every RPU would love to see harsher penalties.
