→ converts your budget to a max uber radius using city-specific fare rates + surge pricing
→ queries Google Places API for transit stops inside that radius
→ scores each stop by detour ratio + time saved
→ validates top 30 candidates via Google Directions API
→ picks the hybrid route that beats full transit by ≥5 mins
