@oliviawhitworth@GC_Rail@GC_Rail need to get sacked from their franchise or gracefully bow out. @oliviawhitworth you are miles better going to Leeds and crawling on hands and knees to your final destination on sharp rocks than putting up with their service.
@GC_Rail as yet I have not succeeded once in my train being on time or, indeed, on some occasions even reaching its destination with you. Maybe try something other than public transport because your awful at it!
