@tripperhead I came back once in November. I'm not inclined to come back until more restrictions are gone. It's a little complicated, but not that hard to grasp. It's more that is a non trivial burden to endure while also being totally pointless.

@miketatarski @Saigon_Redux To be fair, management of phuc long keeps their side of the street absolutely free of parked / stopped cars. They are meticulous about i, impressively so. I think they help traffic, not exacerbate it. If everyone behaved the same way, xuan Thuy would be less congestesd
