@DNAfitHQ I am waiting over a week for a response as have not being able to login. You took my money without a problem but actually logging into my new account seems to be harder for you! It would be great to have a response.
@British_Airways a return connecting flight as part of BA holiday was cancelled 3 weeks ago for my upcoming holiday. No ability online to amend, phone just cuts you off with no allowance to hold and customer complaints are not being responded to. Very frustrating
@AerLingus I am now coming up to my 7 month anniversary without my refund voucher code - Not even a cash refund! This is disgraceful! Why would people trust to book in these uncertain times if you can’t even provide a 6 digit code? BA who are part of IAG gave me a code in a week.
@AerLingus@AerLingus now 5 months without a simple voucher code rather than asking for a refund - Madness! I refuse to buy a new flight until resolved. Decided to book a flight with @Ryanair today as I can’t wait any longer, more hassle yes; but still only 30% of equivalent Aer lingus fare
@AerLingus I am now coming up to my 4 MONTH anniversary of not receiving my voucher. I took a voucher, (as like my experience with other IAG airlines) I thought they would be easy and quick to process but still nothing. I want to book a flight but unwilling without my voucher.
@KMac112@AerLingus Unfortunately not satisfactory. BA is owned by the same company and responded with a voucher code in 5 days. I’m not even asking for a cash refund which I was entitled to.
