@elonmusk It really makes me angry. Someone this smart and capable, who cares so much about the future of humanity (allegedly), still can’t see what’s needed. The root cause is simple: not understanding women, the ones who will actually bring the next generation into the world

@elonmusk Funny how there are endless fertility studies, but no government has asked what women actually need to feel secure enough to have kids. It’s simple: policies that support women FROM A YOUNG AGE and reflect what raising kids takes. Free nurseries and preschools, for a start.

@elonmusk Women aren’t skipping kids because they don’t want them. We CAN'T AFFORD THEM. Cost of living and career sacrifices are the real barriers. I’m 32, doing an MBA, and I REALLY want kids, but it’s just not possible right now. With all your money, you could easily help fix that.
