I'm a small account, so very few if any will see this. Imagine trying to deport Muslims from all European countries and American countries. It would be a world wide civil war. But what if, defeating Iran allowed the world wide deportations without the civil wars.
@MrLeadslinger@MickMocker@BrianTamakiNZ Really tell me exactly how he was supposed to use them in this scenario. Was it supposed to shoot the place up? Were they supposed to commit murder with them like what are you actually saying?
@JackPosobiec What does "fair" mean to Mamdani? Real pushback would be to ask him to explain his interpretation of this word. I don't think you grilled him at all. you let him preach his own beliefs.
@MickMocker@MrLeadslinger@BrianTamakiNZ To "use them" when you don't get your way? That's what school shooters do. That's not what the second amendment is for. And this video is in New Zeeland where they don't have 2A rights.
@gskibum@TRHLofficial A parking meter is a choice that you make. No one's forcing you to pay it. The fines on the other hand are under threat of violence if you don't pay. If you continue to not pay it the end outcome is people with guns will come and arrest you and throw you in a cage.
@AllenModes3294@icebergz99@TRHLofficial It's so easy to say sue them but the reality is words are extremely expensive and don't really have the time to deal with things like this. The whole process is overwhelming and that's how they continue to do it.
@gskibum@GordonNewell6@TRHLofficial Yes to a certain degree. The officer reviewing the video has no way to verify who the driver is. To assume the driver is the owner is reasonable doubt. To rely on a system that includes the camera and to make assumptions is very similar to hearsay. Legally hearsay? Idk
Lol I love it! Most of us were against these red light cameras for a long time but the government is such a jog or not it's hard to stop it. Now we have the burden of going to the slow process to get it reversed.
This man was accused by software of running a red light in Florida while he was in Alabama. Red light cameras are unconstitutional because they shift the burden from the state to prove guilt to the driver to prove his own innocence.
