@TeamKnowhowUK I reported a washing machine fault on 20/01,an engineer visited 01/02,I have had to chase repeatedly as no contact from anyone.I get passed from dept to dept. Now 1 month later I still don’t have a working washing machine. Why did I bother buying a 5 year warranty?
