@bowtiedmeathead Have had it for a while as well. Stopped cleans and even snatch and avoiding curls and skull crushers as well. Won’t stop golf though which does not help but. Seems to be getting better. Has a way of lingering.
@AmiEverAfter@SarAllyce I’ve queued hips back, weight as close to shins as possible, feel the pull on entire posterior chain, chest up, when lower back engages too much then stop.
@ryanmouquegolf Was hitting balls right yesterday. Not slicing just starting right. Then strengthened my grip and that seemed to fix it right away. Sound plausible?
