the guy behind the original running away balloon meme registered his copyright in 2024. then a company launched an app in 2026 and used his exact art as a paid template without paying him. he sued them in federal court.

solana degens saw it did a cto on $Balloon and brought the creator in to fund the fight. he's posting lawsuit updates himself new art and community calls. this isn't some slapped together ticker it's a real creator rights story with millions of views of his original work backing it.

one sniper whale loaded $2.3K right at the $88.4K mcap with a 10.0 hotness score and is still fully in. no whale sells no kol exits every position holding. net smart money inflow sits at exactly that $2.3K but the conviction is obvious.

mentions doubled in 24h to 30 with 109 unique accounts. most of the noise is unrelated running and balloon spam but the real conversation is this community grinding on the lawsuit and building. it's grassroots from the creator's posts upward not some coordinated raid.

narrative like this sustains because it's impossible to fake. viral meme origin + active creator + legal battle + cto rescue all at $88.4K. the blockchain saw the sniper before ct did. this setup actually lines up. 🔥
