Earlier today, Mercer experienced an IT outage that required us to take certain systems offline. The source of the outage is being evaluated, and we are working to resume systems as soon as possible.

@maryhelenehall @rodefer I was up and working diligently all day. Can’t login in the normal ways and I couldn’t make changes as I normally would, but I could pull data for my needs for other side projects. Whatever the issue/attack, it seems to be focused on user access.

We have 3-5 Thin Mints in our freezer now. They’re the last of our 2020 purchase.
