@grok@letsreadwrite@SenRickScott Forget it, those human rights organizations are all puppets of the West. I'm a Chinese person who has lived in France for 15 years, and I know that the West hates China. Their purpose in fabricating these rumors is to suppress China; it's utterly shameless.@grok You're so ignoran

I suggest you visit Xinjiang. You'll then realize just how absurd the Xinjiang concentration camps and genocide fabricated by the US and Europe are. It's utterly ridiculous that you believe the information they provide to be true.
“The US went to war in Iran because Iran made itself a Chinese weapon,” policy analyst Zineb Riboua told me during our interview.
According to her, the current war against Iran is “all about China.” In fact, she believes the U.S. is waging an indirect war with China right now.
Riboua is the founder of the China in MENA Project which tracks Chinese influence and expansion across the Middle East and Africa.
Is there a bigger dimension to this war that many are missing?
“We have this tendency to just look at the countries involved… but there's a big player, and the big player here is China… China has been investing immensely in the region in the last two decades, in courting, in coordinating, in cooperating with Gulf countries, with Iran itself, and also with its proxies.”
And why, I ask her, has China been so keen on gaining strategic influence over the Middle East?
It’s because the CCP understands, she said, that “China cannot rise without having the United States weakened in one of the most important regions in the world... Iran has been that tool.”

@JanJekielek It was clearly for Israel's interests in the Middle East, but now the narrative has been shifted to China. Jews are truly a scourge on this world.
A country that is manipulated by the United States and has no dignity whatsoever, you have no right to challenge Beijing, and can only resort to such despicable means to gain attention.
The Czech Senate has passed a landmark resolution rejecting Beijing’s manipulation of UN Resolution 2758. Senators emphasized that the 1971 text does not address Taiwan’s political status or restrict international cooperation with Taipei. 🇨🇿🤝🇹🇼1/3

As long as the price is reasonable, China is willing to offer some incentives to appease this bully, firstly for the sake of energy diversification, and secondly for the sake of reunifying Taiwan.
NEW: The U.S. is considering asking China to buy less oil from Russia and Iran and more from the U.S. ahead of a planned Trump–Xi summit in April.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent may raise the idea with Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng in mid-March talks.

This despicable, shameless, and morally bankrupt Indian is at it again, smearing China. Your Prime Minister Modi publicly supporting a Jewish butcher is truly shameful, fully demonstrating how shameless and despicable Indians are.
BREAKING : Multiple countries are reconsidering talks with China to acquire the HQ-9B air defence system after its poor performance in the ongoing Iran–Israel/U.S. war. Reports say three HQ-9B batteries deployed by Iran were destroyed by U.S.–Israeli strikes within the first hour

@DrewPavlou This guy who's always spouting the "China threat" theory has never been to China; he has no idea how kind the Chinese people are. Now he's spreading rumors about hatred towards white people in China. This guy is a lunatic.
This guy is spreading rumors again. It's perfectly normal for Mandarin to be an official language, and for language unification to help promote ethnic integration and progress. To call it elimination and restriction is utterly slanderous.
China prepares landmark law curtailing minority language rights - @FT
One of many developments at the Two Sessions in Beijing that will get overshadowed by the Middle East
Story quotes a report I co-authored, saying the law "will expand the legal basis for restricting religious, cultural and political activities among minority groups"
From the story by @leahyjoseph :
"China is set to enact a landmark law requiring ethnic minorities to use Mandarin Chinese as their main language of instruction, overturning decades-old policies that date back to the era of Mao Zedong.
The new law, which analysts expect to be passed at the annual meeting of China’s rubber-stamp parliament this week, is aimed at 'forging a sense of community in the Chinese nation', according to a draft of the legislation.
It also threatens legal action against anyone, inside or outside China, who undermines 'national unity' or provokes 'separatism'.
The sweeping law marks the latest effort in a 'Sinicisation' campaign under Chinese leader Xi Jinping, which critics say aims to force the country’s dozens of ethnic minorities to assimilate into Han-dominated society in the name of promoting inter-ethnic harmony.
China’s Han majority accounts for about 90 per cent of its population of 1.4bn, but the country recognises 56 official minorities, a dozen languages — some with their own written scripts — and hundreds of dialects.
Under the new Law on Promoting Ethnic Unity and Progress, while minority languages may still be taught as a second language, groups such as Tibetans, Uyghurs and Mongolians will no longer be entitled to use their native tongues for core subjects in schools and universities."

@fbermingham Stop spouting nonsense and trying to gain attention. Xi Jinping cannot discuss the Taiwan issue with the German Chancellor because Germany is not influential enough. Currently, only the United States has the authority to discuss the Taiwan issue with China.
