Unconstitutional. NTSA cannot assume the role of the Judiciary. The rights to impose a fine fall squarely under the Judiciary. If a quasi-judicial body imposes fines, it must derive that authority from statute and the right to be heard must be granted. I will file a Petition.
I was today years old when I realized that despite the existence of the Case Tracking System, it is imperative for matters to be filed physically and members of the 4th Estate addressed from the now 'infamous' Milimani Law Courts steps😅 Litigation is not for the faint hearted!
The late Dr. Crispin Odhiambo Mbai, chair of the devolution committee, who was assassinated in the middle of the Bomas Constitutional Conference, is THE FATHER OF DEVOLUTION in Kenya. Let us be honest and stop distorting history by elevating imposters over genuine heroes.
Someone should make 'Makers of a Nation' by Hilary Ngʼweno available to Kenyans online to watch.
Last few days have indicated that there are many people who are ignorant of Kenya’s political and constitutional history
Why are boda guys always in a hurry around built-up areas or places with dense traffic? But on the highway, they suddenly want to do 50 km/h and want everyone else to be patient behind them.
Gachagua is calling out the government because he is no longer part of it!!❌
Maraga called out the government when he was part of it✅
Know the difference between a leader and an opportunist!!
To Kenyans watching the interview, former Chief Justice David Maraga comes across as a dull candidate, too calm and too restrained for the political theatre we’ve grown accustomed to.
A lot of us are tuned in, not to hear his policies, but hoping he’ll throw jabs, hurl insults, or make wild accusations, anything to spark some chaos.
Just for a second, we want Maraga to sound like Gachagua. But instead, he keeps circling back to the rule of law, promising order and constitutionalism.
And maybe that says more about us than him. We've grown so accustomed to loud politics and unruly leaders that we now crave drama over discipline.
We've normalised the circus, and now we miss it when it's not there.

Releasing Billy Mwangi, Peter Muteti and other abductees on the eve of demonstrations shows that this government only listens to one language. PROTESTS. The language of the unheard!
Southern Bypass: thugs are putting wood with nails on the road to inflate motorists and attacking them once they veer off the road, slashing them with machetes and stealing from them... So many victims with unforgettable wounds... Sad stories. This must stop.
